What it is
Hero Health is software that sits alongside EMIS Web. It is not a clinical record system in its own right. The supplier says clinicians using Hero and EMIS keep all clinical work in EMIS, including notes, letters, pathology and medication. Hero adds booking, messaging and billing around it.
Who it’s for in private general practice
Private GP practices that use EMIS Web, or want to, and need online booking, patient communication and payments. Hero also sells to NHS practices, but its private GP product is separate, with its own pricing.

Pricing
Hero publishes two plans. The individual plan is £59 per user per month, with a minimum of 10 users. The concurrent plan is £99 per concurrent seat per month, with a minimum of 5 seats. Both add a 0.75% fee per payment, and Stripe charges its own fees on top. Prices exclude VAT. Signature Rx charges per prescription.
NHS integrations
None stated for Hero itself. Its integration is with EMIS Web, and NHS-facing functions sit in EMIS.
